#Honorthefallen Pfc. Sammie E. Phillips of Vine Grove, was killed Sept. 10, 2007 when his vehicle overturned while conducting a traffic control mission on a highway near Rustamiyah, Iraq. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 138th Field Artillery, in Carlisle, Ky. #Neverforget
