Tonight, we celebrated Norfolk’s volunteers at the 2024 Volunteer Appreciation Reception, our largest yet with 300+ attendees! With 6,000+ hours across 45 boards, commissions, & nearly 100 civic leagues, we thank our incredible volunteers for their exceptional service.
