First 30 min I sat and wasn't working or sleeping in a week. Every real estate deal that failed, somehow all re-landed on my doorstep & overloaded us cuz I'm trying to grab them all. Dealing with banks and lawyers added a new dimension of busy in my life. Hanging in till summer.
