“Still not sure about using commodity etfs. They are limited long only – no way to play an overbought situation like silver last week. Investors should learn how to trade futures.” #trading

Since we closed The Space Station Museum in Sept of 2019, a lot of people have asked me about future space exhibits (post COVID). I think we will have a 2022 Space Festival possibly tied to The Marin County Fair. Wherever we land, our future space exhibits will be as exciting!

North Bay Views – If you are looking for the most majestic sunrises in the Bay Area, drive Hwy 37 in the North Bay or go to one of the many hilltops in Novato. Never foggy! #bayarea #sunrise #beautiful

One of the unexpected blessings to come out of the COVID epidemic for me has been my newfound love of #GermanShepherds. A few weeks ago I contacted Bay Area German Shepard Rescue and adopted 70-pound, three-year-old “Anya”. #Love is never dull at home!

Since the Pandemic started, I have been #cooking a lot & have been experimenting cooking sauces. One of my favorites is a New York Strip marinated it in a Stags’ Leap Petite Syrah & have that same wine with dinner – the perfect pairing! To add spice, add Cholula sauce to corn.

The price of preferred stocks are testing their lowest levels since last September. The good news is that The Winans Preferred Stock Index is posting a 5.5% dividend yield.

Enjoyed Easter church services at First Presbyterian Church in Napa. This beautiful church was built in 1870, and my Great Grandfather, Theodore Eisen was the Architect

Skiing – In spite of COVID and inconsistent snowfall, Tahoe’s ski season was great and the Spring skiing is the best in years. Personally, I enjoy Sugarbowl for day trips. Only 2 hours from Novato!
