Both the Falcons and Apple Sox loaded the bases in the second but neither were able to score. We head to the third scoreless. And I have been told Taylor Swift has not responded to Alex Draper's invitation to draw the winning ticket tonight. Stay tuned.

David James pitched a perfect ninth to preserve Wenatchee's 3-0 victory. The Falcons will play their final home game of the WCL season Saturday against Kamloops, 6:35 first pitch.

Kelowna Falcons open the scoring. Matthew Pena and Caden Mitchell each produced RBI singles giving the home side a 2-0 lead over the North Paws after one.

Kamloops tagged Barrett Froehler with three runs in the top of the fourth, but the Falcons responded with three of their own in the home half. Eddie Fines, Lucas Scott and Matthew Pena with his team leading 30th RBI of the season drove in runs for the Falcons. Kelowna leads 7-3.

Kamloops scored two in the top of the fifth but again the Falcons responded. Malish, Fines, Scott and Smeenk all drove in runs in a four run outburst. Kelowna leads 11-5 going to the sixth.
