Breaking: Former President Joe Biden diagnosed with cancer. His office provided this statement: Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday he was diagnosed with prostate cancer,

BIDEN HEALTH: A spokesperson for the former president -- "President Biden's last known PSA was in 2014. Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer."

The PSA blood test is generally recommended for men age 55-69 years. Experts say men over 70 may show higher levels due to age but not cancer. Pres. Biden was beyond that recommended age which may account for why the tests were not recently done.
