EJHS students cooked with Chef Kaj Hecht for a hands-on cooking class. Chef Kaj was featured on "Chopped Jr." and "Top Chef Family Style". Much appreciation to Second Harvest SGA GNO, Inc. & YouthForce NOLA for this opportunity!


Haynes Engineering students presented final proposals to Principal Russo. Students acted as civil engineers and found solutions to issues on campus. Presentations included code compliance, permitting information, & cost estimates. Haynes Academy Catherine Coats PE
