Tragedy in Texas 😢 We saw catastrophic flooding yesterday along the Guadalupe River, leading to more than 20 deaths, and still many people missing this morning. Justin Michaels is live in Kerr County on The Weather Channel, and still more flooding expected today.

Besides the Texas flood tragedy, flooding is also taking place in the east with what's left of tropical storm Chantal. Rising rivers and even water rescues in the Durham and Chapel Hill areas of NC.
