Our #Populus nuclei isolation protocol for #scRNAseq is out. Great teamwork at Matias Kirst ๐บ๐ฆ lab in @FFGS_UF for the Nitrogen Fixation project #PLOSONE: A robust method of nuclei isolation for single-cell RNA sequencing of solid tissues from the plant ... dx.plos.org/10.1371/journaโฆ
Great to see our paper out. A combination of beautiful confocal imaging and genetics to explore the CK role in the nodule formation. A nice collaboration between Matias Kirst ๐บ๐ฆ and @JeanMichelAne Congrats Paolo Triozzi Medicago Resources UF School Forest, Fisheries, & Geomatics Sciences Nitrogen Fixation academic.oup.com/plphys/advanceโฆ
Iโm thrilled to share our latest work out in Plant Physiology. A very productive collaboration between Matias Kirst ๐บ๐ฆ lab and @JeanMichelAne group! Medicago Resources
How often do scientific meetings have daycare options for scientists w/ kids? I'd totally bring my kid to ADSA, American Society of Animal Science, etc. if I had the option to pay extra for that. Plus we could teach our kids about animal agriculture, win-win! #AcademicTwitter #AcademicChatter
