On a flight from KC to Chi, my 6 yr old nephew experienced his 1st flight. United Airlines went above and beyond. From activities to an extra snack, checks by the crew to a visit with the co pilot, they made this trip magic- Even congratulating him over the speaker when we landed! Thx!
