Our Kellerhaus Chocolatiers are busy making Buttercrunch. Cooking the butter toffee in a copper pot, pouring it onto our heated table, cutting it into rectangles, coating in chocolate and adding almonds.

Chocolate covered cherries! We wish we could make our hand dipped cherries this fast.
