Placemaking between York St station, Sailortown and Ulster Uni is genuinely urgent. 5,000 more people live in the area than 5yrs ago, and 1000s walk every day. But the road system hasn't changed and no green space or new active travel. We can't wait 20 yrs for an interchange.
