I got this from TCEA and tweeting it because I love it. I feel like I wear all of these hats but am fortunate to work in a properly funded LLC LASS inspires.... ALL school libraries need to be properly funded to maximize what they can achieve. Libraries are the ❤ of a school!

TIL that Chromebook warranty coverage applies to the date that TDSB IT Services submits the claim to the vendor, NOT when the service ticket was originally submitted. Frustrating lesson learned ☹️
