The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department, with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation – Kansas City Office, has arrested the two suspects they believe are responsible for a series of bank robberies in the City last week.

Officers with the #kckpd have arrested the suspect in Tuesday night’s shooting death of Jimmie Clark, Jr., 12-12-1979, a resident of KCK. Willie Lee Rucker, 7-16-1971, also KCK, has been charged in Wyandotte County with three felonies, including intentional second degree murder.

The person of interest in Monday’s recovery of approximately $36,000 of stolen property from a KCK church has now been arrested and charged with the crime.
