"Babe, I know you're annoyed at me, but can I go to the match?" "No, you're not going, and that's final." "Alright, I'll take the dog for a walk then."

#afcb Not sure if I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game or not! The defeat last Tuesday wasn't an issue for me, but the manner of it was. I guess I'm hoping for, rather than expecting, a strong performance. I'll be delighted if my concerns prove groundless. Come on Boscombe!

A little boy was doing maths homework, saying to himself... 2+5, the son of bitch is 7 3+6, the son of bitch is 9 His mother heard this & asked, "What r u doing?"😠 Boy: "Doing my maths homework"😏 Mom: "Is this how your teacher taught you?"🤨 Boy: "Yes" 🤫 Infuriated

#afcb On my way in an hour or so. The trains appear to be running so that's a positive start to the day. A top guest is lined up for table 5 so the company will be great. Then all I want is a performance and hopefully a point or three. Not much to ask. Come on Boscombe!

#afcb That was more like it. A proper shift. Pleased for all the team and I thought Alex Scott, Semenyo and Jimenez were the pick, with a special mention to Adam Smith rolling back the years. Maybe Scott as MoM. Overall, I'm going home happier than last Tuesday. Come on Boscombe!

This Tottenham fan took his son to his first ever game yesterday, what a brilliant photo that is. There aren’t many things better than taking your son to the footy on a Saturday afternoon. Love it! ❤️👏

I'm for once feeling a bit sorry for Near Lost (*anagram). I fail to understand why a player being left out of a game or two, leads to a period of national mourning. National because some see the location as a separate country. Football really isn't that important.

A day of sad news regarding longstanding #afcb fans. I heard just now that a regular train travelling companion of mine, Andy Galvin, has passed away. It was devastating news for me and my heartfelt condolences go to his family and friends. I will miss him a lot. RIP Andy.

#afcb Very sad news. David followed Tommy Godwin into the Boscombe team in the early 60s as a goalkeeper. A local born player who went on to play over 500 leagues games at various Clubs. I remember him well and he was very good. RIP.
