been doing well with not bingeing this week, but I’m definitely in need of a detox and gut cleanse

in the process of moving in with my bf 💓 i finally get 50/50 say on groceries because i can’t be ortho (not that i turn it on and off) in this household because i can barely find a safe food 😣 everything is UPF with no nutritional value whatsoever

only downside is not being able to weigh myself 💔💔💔💔💔

this is the first time in my life where I’m gonna be losing weight without a scale to track it… I’m thinking of ways to hide it in my stuff so i can weigh myself when he’s at work 😣
