QUESTIONS - 1. Who made "All Section" and did NOT make All State? 2. Who within each Section determines who should be presented for All State consideration? 3. Who within each NYSPHSAA State Section presents players for All State consideration? (and what is the criteria's?)

4. Who ultimately determines who makes All State and who doesn't (after candidates are presented) and is all of it determined by votes made by a 15 members committee (and who are the names of these people) or is it ultimately determined by 1 single individual?
