Problem with a fire punch adaptation is that it's going to be difficult to animate a MC who is constantly on fire. You have to constantly animate the fire on him which will be very tough, meaning there can never be a still frame of Agni.

Shouichi's talent was always evident but with their output on the reze film it's now clear that they are an even greater animator than I had previously thought. Really hope Shouichi is the main animator for the next arc as well

My exact opinion. While watching the episode it became more about the animation than the story for me. Animation should support the story and unfortunately it didn’t feel that way for me.

I think we can appreciate artistic ambition but also recognize when that vision doesn’t really land narratively

I pray they make these animated. Very low chance of it happening but one can wish
