Maximizing attention for value creation usually comes at the expense of misaligned incentives. For those who are obsessed with creating ways to aggregate attention, obsess over aligning incentives instead.

If you're doing this whole web3 thing well, you will leave more money on the table to users and community, own much less of what you built, while all at the same time created a far bigger pie for everyone involved than you could of ever achieved with a centralized company.
