Advanced chemotherapy is often a great help to surgeons👍 HCC with tumor thrombosis extending to the IVC shrank to the RHV with Atezo+Bev, enabling CS. Remarkably, no viable cells in the RHV thrombus! May this lead to better long-term outcomes for more patients.
