I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years but they’ve proven time and time again they don’t care about their small business customers at all.

Would love to know what banks other biz folks love!

Is it just me or have the captions for shows (specifically on on Netflix and Paramount +) been totally phoned in lately?

Instead, the agents were telling me the truth and I missed it:

“*I* don’t feel confident *I* could position this for success.”

It was “challenging for *us* to see the best way to pitch this title.”

They weren’t the right agents for it. But that didn’t mean the book was bad.

So, if you are a Black author, your most genuine, honest feedback would be from those in your community who are your intended audience.

Your most useful feedback could very well come after your book is published when your audience, that shares your identity, can read it.
