It’s here! Our Missouri native aquarium has arrived and all 110 gallons of it are filling up! We can’t wait for the fish to arrive next month and collaboration to begin. Aquarium update: after a week of the bleeding shiners jockeying for territory, we mixed things up by giving them new neighbors. Spot fin shiners, Neosho crayfish, a sunfish and catfish. Totally entertaining to see the new hierarchies develop.

The pop-up technology museum is off to a great start. We’re all learning a lot through play and conversations. Today’s observation: the hardest part of using a rotary phone for kids is not dialing but figuring out how to hold the receiver and hang up. Who knew?
