Forestry jobs are green jobs. Trees absorb greenhouse gases from the atmosphere and sequester the carbon in the wood, bark, roots, leaves and branches. Once harvested, that carbon remains stored throughout the wood product's lifespan. #workingforests #forestryjobs #forestrylife
