'The standards required were too high' is a very odd thing to say about the Cass Review if you claim to care about trans healthcare. Trying and failing to imagine a similar reaction to any other clinical review.

'Even at the world-leading University of Oxford, psychologists have felt uncertainty about what they should be delivering to patients and teaching to students.'
