Dr. Sarah Franklin knew she wanted to be involved in science from a young age. Dr. Franklin grew up in rural Utah. At age 16, she began taking college classes which allowed her to graduate with a PhD in Biochemistry when she was 24. She received her BS & PhD from BYU.
