3 years ago I was winched off a boat suffering pregnancy complications. The (utterly fabulous) lifeboat crew uploaded the incident to social media. Because it included a pic of the boat & my condition this was how my friends & family found out I was pregnant. I lost the baby. 1/2

As a gp I'm really scared I could document as best i can, but in 20 years the memory of patient is given more weight in a legal setting than my notes. How can we continue to provide meaningful care in such a hostile setting? This job is feeling impossible. #IAmPhilipMitchell
