Learning about Community of enquiry - being serious about hearing people’s voices; we need to ensure that everyone knows their opinions are valued and, thank you Nick Andrews, ‘precious’ Lesley Goodburn

Hearing about making small changes to the environment around you. Invisible leadership, silent, microscopic and unsexy; but always positive! TU Dan Dworkis MD PhD FACEP NHS Leadership Academy South West #WD40

Glimmer of sun at Basingstoke as I wait for my next train. Reflecting on a great day with the @HopeNetworkNHS and all I’ve learned today #expofcare Lesley Goodburn Sian Dave Ross #HelloMyNameIs Helen Lee 👋😀

….. and relax! Thank you to Lesley Goodburn Sian @clairem7523 #HelloMyNameIs Helen Lee 👋😀 and the rest of the fabulous Exp of Care Team for making my last working year (of 42) such a worthwhile one and so much fun & to cathy walsh for her superb artwork! I’m going to miss you all so much

6pm and tea is exchanged for G&T - which looks (and tastes) even better in my fabulously engraved gin glass! Thank you so much Lesley Goodburn

Another fabulous excursion with the lovely folk from Great Bustard Group Bustards galore (even a boy strutting his stuff and a mum with chick). A stone curlew on it’s nest rounded off a perfect morning! Thank you!

So many heartfelt thanks to the teams from St Catherine's Hospice, @nhs_scft and Horsham Central Primary Care Network who supported my darling Dad in his last weeks of life. Their care, kindness and compassion had a positive impact on the whole family (especially for my Mum) during Dad's last days.

The paraphernalia of assisted living Medequip Community Equipment Service so quickly delivered and contributed to a comfortable last few days for Dad. Thank you to all the delivery drivers and office staff for their smiling help. The speedy collection likewise helped in life returning to the new normal

Astounding devotion to their cause demonstrated tonight as Cat Watch Rescue (Wiltshire) took Albert home for Christmas. Albert escaped from his home a month ago & had taken up residence under my patio!

The NHS doesn’t always get good press but my experience this week was outstanding. Responsive, professional, compassionate & caring. Supporting a family member at end of life is so hard but teams from WiltsHealthAndCare NHSBSWICB Medequip Community Equipment Service made a huge difference. Thank you all
