48 Y/ M presented with altered sensorium. CT brain - thick SAH. Dsa revealed bilobed wide necked ACOM aneurysm.Bilateral A1 ACA are normal. Considering the size of the aneurysm and good A1 ACA bilaterally, decided to go ahead with FD assisted coiling. #neurointervention
