The maternity ward of Rukoki HC IV has been commissioned by the RDC LT. Joe Walunsimbi.
This ward was gutted by fire in 2021 and has been rehabilitated with support from Rotary snow picks, which organised a marathon that raised the start up funds and MSF International

Let us applaud #KabiraFoundation for the generous contribution of constructing 3 classrooms at Nyakanengo Primary school in Bwesumbu Subcounty . Project was commissioned by the RDC.
2nd phase will be construction of more 3 class rooms and a staff house.

Construction of a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Bwera Hospital is at finishing level. Constructed by Mariam and Brothers construction company limited and funded by Baylor Uganda.

Construction of Maternity Theatre at Buhoye Health Centre III in progress . This theater will reduce the risks incurred in emergency referrals of Mothers from Bugoye to other facilities.

District Council has approved construction of 1.5Km Road in Kuburara in honor of the late Hon. Bwambale Moses Kifalo who was a District counsellor representing Kisinga Subcounty. The Motion was presented by Hon. Ham Natuhwera , District vice chairperson.

Stop Violence against women and girls. Stake holders arising in the fight against ending violence against women and girls today in Kitswamba Subcounty as the District commemorates 16 days of activism against ending violence against women and girls.

Progress of construction of Kinyamatseke Main Market is at 80%.
