A 2mil house was 16.8k 4 years ago, now over 20k; and about 23-24k including utilities. Then you add life cover and short-term insurance it gets to 28k. Source: Victim 🫣

We live in horrible times, no major news is reliable. They are all just busy spewing ideologies. And African news stations are all running on hearsay.

This is what I want to see happen with all the town councils in the north, sue them. There are young teachers, nurses, police etc., who bought houses in flood plains (constructed with the approval of town councils) and must pay for those properties for years to come.

I'm sure Cruz hasn't read Matt. 5:3-12. Israel's right to life/sovereignty is no more important than Iran's right to life/sovereignty. Maybe I'm over influenced by Leo Tolstoy' & Stanley Hauerwas' pacifism. My Augustinian convictions leave through the window when it comes to war.

Do I agree with the political ideology of Iran? No. But neither do I agree with that of any other country that houses nuclear weapons. Why is any country having nuclear weapons, other than that they have no respect for human life?

'Occupied territories,' really? If only they spent all that oil money on developing themselves, instead of sponsoring terrorism across the region.

We're now teaching in a generation of persons with increasing cognitive debts, mostly contributed by reliance of Generative Artificial Intelligence. Cognitive debt means, GAI causes intellectual underdevelopment and students can't function at the required academic levels.

It makes teaching near useless, because students can’t comprehend. They literally shut off the ability to learn as they rely on information being generated for them.

Accounting reduces eating. We want to drive Raptor, Lexus, Landcruiser VX etc. Accounting will only afford us Corollas and second hand Audis.🤣🤣

A government that drives around in fleets of bulletproof Land Cruiser VX and Mercedes Benz and dishes out endless benefits to political office holders has no right to ask its citizens to volunteer.

I'm yet to receive the complimentary glass of wine (there's 99% chance that I won't drink it but still nice to be offered) in Europe.

It’s worrisome when Christian leaders, in the US, are busy teaming up with the Trump administration to destroy those whom their theology deems as eschatological beasts and agents of the anti-Christ.

I left that abuse. After they were hacked my phone wouldn't read any TN SIM, I had no choice but to migrate. Been a happy customer, 6 months and counting.

Is it really a NATO philosophy? AK47s have been ravaging African villages since mid-20th century, South America is embroiled in drug wars and the US has found a market in human violence. War is in everyone of us, and we must take responsibility for our part.
