I’m very lucky to know and work with Darren Korb but also just a longtime fan of his beautiful work, and as of the last few months also became an instant fan of Lorien Testard’s beautiful work, so it was really great to be there when the two of them met.

I got to shake hands with Jeffrey Wright but lacked the presence of mind to thank him for one of my all-time favorite character performances, in the IMO-highly-underrated 2000 movie Shaft. I loved his and Elijah’s recent performances in Dispatch and at least told them that!
