Can't remember where I heard this but it's a little tip about making references - record a video and use stills from it rather than static photos. Movement and pose can look more natural that way!

A great question! Like any other AD job, we spend a ton of our time researching artists and bookmarking people we wanna use in the future. So the short answer is: be active online, post your work with descriptive words so we can find it easily and have your email listed!
