It would be a year next month since my mum died 💔

I'm feeling very low and guilty that I haven't been up to see my mum's grave for months. (I will be going on Monday, which is the first year of her death anniversary) 😳

I haven't felt suicidal for years now, and I also hadn't had a meltdown for years. I'm so proud of myself 🥺
