#BREAKING Hamilton Co. Prosecutor Connie Pillich just announced she has dismissed the case against Elwood Jones. Jones was accused of murdering Rhoda Nathan in a Blue Ash hotel in 1994... was convicted in 1996. Jones spent 27 years on death row until he was granted a new trial in
