Detectives needs your help locating missing 5-year old Darnell Taylor. He was last seen with his 48-year old foster mother, Pammy Maye. Mrs. Maye was last seen driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was located, unoccupied, in Brooklyn, Ohio shortly before 6am.

Timing of severe weather today has shifted a little earlier. With this shift, it has also removed the potential for us to focus on a particular time/area in the future. Timing and particular threats will be storm-based and could be in multiple locations at the same time.
