If having fun means I like slop, then they're entitled to that opinion. It doesn't mean I'll stop liking racing games. No matter what title or series it is, don't be afraid to express why you love something. Fun comes in all different forms.

Racing games are beautiful to me in how the genre can bring so many people together to celebrate the mere idea of speed, regardless of whether it has wheels or if it's powered by futuristic hovercraft mechanics. It's art in its own right that should be celebrated, not mocked.
