I stepped outside to get feed around for the cats and birds and rabbit. It feels like summer compared to last week. And the sun is shining! Glorious spring is on its way!

It’s 48 degrees outside! The melt is on !

Dinner is served! Masala chicken with rice. Roasted cauliflower and garlic. With green peas. Dandelion wine !

Turned out so nice.

Made banana pecan muffins this morning. Great with coffee and tea.

Made a NY cheese cake today.

I made homemade cookies for a friend’s daughter’s wedding reception this morning. I try to use the best ingredients plus I put a lot of love in them. Can you guess what kinds they are?

Made sourdough cinnamon rolls for after dinner treat. With coffee of course.

It turned out amazing.

Isn’t it beautiful.

Guess what I plan to make?

It’s been 13 days and we are back home. Been a rough time. Surgeon saved my husbands life. Quadruple bypass. Caught it just in time. I am forever grateful to almighty God and his son Christ Jesus. I felt their love and power in that waiting room.

My sourdough bread turned out great.

It’s the year of the tomatoes at our place.

One slice covering a sourdough toast. Huge!

I see peach’s in the very near future. White variety. Very sweet. Makes wonderful jams and jellies. Pies and brandy.

Guess what I will be doing? Jelly, juice and wine.

Made a apple pie today. Waiting to share with my family.
