There are many such power clusters that exist outside the US, in the UK and Africa such as the Naivasha SEZ in Kenya, though for these off taker demand and DC financing is viewed differently, driven by variations in credit quality, location premium and lease terms. Navon

The UK's entire defense budget ($79B) is less than Google's annual spending on physical capital ($85B) - including its #datacenters. At Navon we see the need for such investment as well, though of a much smaller nature in these digital backbones for the #globalSouth.

AI Capex contributing more to GDP growth than consumer spending this year: not surprising. Soon consumer spending will increase more on AI software too, coupling these metrics.
