Our afternoon speed school group had their first session yesterday. They did 10 yd flys with a 5 yd lead in like our morning group last week did. ⚡️Top Times Below⚡️

⚡️Great Week of Speed School⚡️ The whole group average tied for the best ever at 1.24 for a 10 yd lead in. Our Top 3 girls moved into the top 5 for 10 yd lead in. Our Top 5 boys moved into the top 5 as well for 10 yd lead in. It's not too late to join!

Another great week of Speed School! Lots of data for our athletes to look through with many different run-ins. ⚡️Special shoutout to our Tuesday morning group on improving their Rolling 90 left group average from 1.87 to 1.78⚡️

⚡️Week 7 of Speed School⚡️ There was some major competition to crack the top 5 in all of our runs! 🔥Kaeden M tied for the best all-time Fly 10 w/ a 5yd lead in🔥 The Tuesday morning group improved the whole group average on the Rolling 90 Right 10 yd fly, 1.89 ➡️1.83
