4:43 am, Jan 10th, 2026. Husband and Zayven (my 2 month old) are in the living room sleep (Zayven is in the bassinet). Zane, my 2yo is in his room sleep. The world is still. I’m in our room, just finished pumping 18oz of breast milk. & my mind is clear & relaxed. Mom, I MISS U.

4:48 am, never in a million years did I think i’d be 33yo. Happily married w| two kids, but it comes with losing my mom and my big brother in a span of 3 years. This just doesn’t seem real. Tuhhhh. Grief is real as hell. Blessed to be getting thru it.

Rebuilding myself brick by brick. Took two big losses over the past 4 years on top of gaining two of my biggest blessings. Seeing yourself become a whole new person right in front of you without being prepared is a lot. So, my me time is personal & well needed 🫶🏾
