How will people pay when all the jobs are taken by AI and robots? Don't say more jobs will be created. It's a facade to ensure nothing obstructs the AI development. Anyone with sense knows there will be be a huge job loss. I am not saying it will happen in the next 5 years. But

India needs an entrepreneur equivalent to Elon Musk someone who bets on technology, space, science, software, and AI, right here in India and builds world class products that the whole world uses. An answer from India to the world.

I have an HDFC Bank credit card, but not seeing it in the mobile app, neither old nor new app. So basically, I can't pay my dues, and pay my loan EMI. Anybody else having this issue?

My Mac is showing showing signs of old age. ESC key is kind of jammed. I need to push it hard. Is it time for a new one?🤔 I really love the Touch Bar on this one.

You have no idea how fucking amazing this is. 90% of people don’t act on their ideas. And for the few who do, 90% give up too early. Making $1K/month with little startups built solo is already top 0.1%. The problem is social media only showing you the top 0.1% (the guys

I am always tired nowadays. Maybe it's the sleep cycle. I am hardly hitting 8 hrs. I used to have something similar before. But that was rectified with proper diet. Maybe I have to watch my diet again. Going all vegan could be the cause.

India should set up some assembling units in Europe. Send 90% assembled parts to Europe, assemble the rest 10% in Europe and export to the US, with a Made in EU tag. Trump's threatening will be invalid then. EU has 0 tax, and our EU operational cost can be capped at 10%. So in

This is mind blowing conversation. AI is at a stage, where you don't feel like you are talking to an AI. Look at the whole thread. Each post feels like a genuine conversation with a human 😧

Instead of building businesses, I end up building a framework. Perfectionism is not that great. This is why I am staying at my 9 to 5 even after 10 years. Anyway, let me build my second open-source NodeJs framework 😅

People don't search for things. They want to learn new things. This is where ChatGPT has the advantage over Google. You can keep learning new things from a single interface. With Google, it would have taken too much navigation to different websites to get a meaningful

In my 20s I worked 9am to midnight almost every day. That’s what everyone around me was doing too. Late 20s I would head home at 8pm. In my 30s my schedule balanced out more. And now in my 40s I can do an hour of work and then relax by the pool the rest of the day. My point

It is much simpler than this — 1. Registration and stamp duty should be capped to 10,000 or 25,000 INR. The buyer should not have any incentive to pay in cash. Higher registration and stamp duty forces the buyer to underwrite their property value and pay the remaining in cash.

I’m an older dev so I’m admittedly a bit stubborn. But in terms of AI workflow I have settled into: I write all my code as before. I use AI as a “better stackoverflow” when I’m stuck. Unleashing AI on my codebase just seems to suck the joy out of my work. I like writing code.

We can keep on harping 5Tr Economy, 45Tr Economy and whatnot. But at the same time: keep seeing job loss, the world kicking Indians out and absolute erosion of wealth from India. You know why this is happening? Because we don't have an export led growth model. Indian IT
