Let's keep celebrating. Put caster sugar in a pan over a medium heat, pour in 50ml water. Stir, and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Pour 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker with ice, Kalak Vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake. Strain. Serve.

Kalak strawberry-lemon spritzer. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, Kalak vodka, and agave syrup. Pour sparkling water into cocktail glasses. Divide the strawberry purée between the glasses and stir. Add 1/2 cup of ice to each glass and stir. Garnish with lemon and strawberries.
