The key to an effective long arm is to roll the back hip from the strike hand, effectively making the arm longer and preventing the lineman from striking your body.

Couldn’t be prouder of Tyler Amato who graduated Seton Hall Prep and is now attending Stonehill University on a full ride scholarship. Tyler became a defensive line force by paying attention to the details and mastering some very sophisticated defensive line techniques.

Congrats to Austin Hooey for accepting an offer to play for Columbia University. Austin’s dedication to his craft at offensive line will serve him well both on the field and beyond.

What a pleasure it is to work with Glory Stephen-Wangboje. Incredibly explosive and can change direction in tight spaces. He’s becoming lethal as he learns to incorporate martial arts hand techniques into his base techniques. Sacred Heart University has themselves a player!
