Did my first 20-mile ride. I had my hydration plan in place: 1 bottle carb mix, 2nd electrolytes, 3rd plain water. I also had a few small packages of fruit snacks and a protein bar. I do need to look into a hydration pack for this summer. #gravelcycling #camelbak #bpn
