I have family in India that have been waiting in O2 tank refill lines for 24 hours. The police keep cutting the line and filling their own tanks. The government is intentionally denying regular people O2 and beds.

None of the resources being sent by international governments are actually reaching regular people. There is no O2 or hospital beds to be found anywhere in Delhi.
