1/n Looking into history of "fragile nucleosomes". The term was introduced in Xi et al, 2011 genome.cshlp.org/content/21/5/7……. But before that, MNase-sensitive nucleosomes were known as "labile nucleosomes", since 1970s academic.oup.com/nar/article/6/…. This term then continued into the NGS era
