I am far from being a stock guru, but I am an excellent data analyst, so the fact that both DJT and DJTWW have nearly identical stock performance curves piqued my interest. Any financial gurus out there who can explain what market circumstances would cause this phenomenon?

I've seen the pattern below many times: Stock at 128.27, down to 109.08 for a moment, then back up to 128.20; is this some sort of micro event that happened between reporting windows, or something else? Has anyone been successful at identifying and buying at these 109 moments?
