I wonder if you could pay for smaller vehicles with just the saved maintenance on the big trucks from not driving them to all the medical calls.

Something I have thought about for Raleigh is adding another "square" somewhere. We have Moore Square & Nash Square and people love those. Let's find a way to do another one. I walk around Culpepper Circle Park and think about this sometime. Fits with this idea.
