While 1 in 5 people will experience mental illness in their lifetime, everyone will face challenges that can and will affect their mental health. Mental Illness Awareness Week seeks to raise awareness of mental illness, fight discrimination and provide support. #CounselorsHelp

This November MHA will be partnering with Cy- Hope’s Backpack Program to help donate food to students in need throughout the community. Please bring nonperishable food items to the S- House Office!!

Jersey Village HS held a Mental Health Fair for all students during lunch today, our students jumped right in. We had fabulous service providers available to support kids, and our student groups NHS, StuC, and jvhsmentalhealthalliance gave away information and goodies. A great day at The Village!

It’s almost April! We are so excited to host Jersey Village’s very first “Walk for the Village.” All community members are invited for our free event to walk against the stigma of mental health and substance abuse awareness! 🤍 What are you walking for?
