"I am wonderful. I deserve to be wonderful. And I contain multitudes." Mike Flanagan. You have done it again. He always folds the supernatural inward, making it a mirror for grief, memory, meaning, and love. The Life of Chuck really leans into that quiet magic. So much heart.

There’s something so tender about how The Life of Chuck suggests that a single life—no matter how ordinary—might contain an entire cosmos. That the end of a life is the end of a world, and maybe the whole world, if that life was your world. My God. What a film. Please go watch.

I’m not even caught up with the rest of the Absolute runs, like Green Lantern, Flash, and Martian Manhunter, but I can’t help but to be excited for Absolute Green Arrow. Can’t wait to finally see that drop for the first cover. One of my most anticipated comics.

Kill Or Be Killed Deluxe Edition has been great so far. I only read two issues, but tonight, only God knows how much more I’ll read. Been vocal about my love for Brubaker & Phillips & this is one i’ve been anticipating to read for literal a damn long while. Continuing my read!

Reading Kill or Be Killed by Brubaker & Phillips, and first of all, it’s seriously incredible 3 issues in. But this is, absolutely my favourite piece of Artwork Sean Phillips has done, from what I’ve read. The colours by Elizabeth Breitweiser compliment it so damn beautifully.

Really beautiful cover from Sean Phillips on ‘Kill or be Killed’ — #4 There’s a reason why he’s one of my all time favorite comic book artists, & I consider him one of the greatest of our time. There’s nothing on the level of what he does, simply put.

I might be the biggest fraud on the planet for this, but the last issue I left off on was #7 of ‘ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN’ I’ve been having this lay around for the longest time, so let’s FINALLY give it a read. It’s been long overdue, but I am finally back. Now Reading:

Man oh man does it feel good to be back with Marco Checchetto after a while of not reading Ultimate Spider-Man. The character designs and action are brilliantly detailed and there is a wonderful visual tone to the story that draws me in like a sketch. Ultimate Spider-Man — #7
